General Manager of Donewell Insurance Company Limited, Mr. Robert Boateng, mentioned that as partners, paying promptly to enable GN Bank restore its operations at the branch affected was very paramount to Donewell.
In response to the presentation, Chief Executive of GN Bank, Mr. Issah Adam, commended Donewell Insurance for the timely payment of the claim.
He emphasised that the perception of the general public was that insurers were quick to take premium but delay in payment when a claim arose.
