Collapsed storey building kills one in Techiman

One person was confirmed dead on Wednesday after a storey building under construction collapsed in Techiman.

The structure which is part of several construction projects ongoing at the Techiman market collapsed at about 4:00 am.

An eyewitness explained that three men sleep under the structure and out of the three, one is confirmed dead while another is responding to treatment at the Holy Family hospital.

Brong Ahafo Regional minister, Asomah Kyeremeh visited the scene and is currently in a closed door meeting with the Techiman municipal assembly.
