Actress Chichi Neblett robbed

Liberian-born Ghanaian actress Chichi Neblett was Monday dawn robbed at her Baatsona Spintex home in Accra.

The robbers made away with all the electronic gadgets in her room, a travelling passport, cash, jewellery, cloths and other valuables.

The Baatsona Police is currently investigating the case.

Chichi narrated the robbery incident to NEWS-ONE Monday and bemoaned why robbers would steal her passport.

“I am shocked. I don’t know what they are going to do with my passport,” she said as she pleaded with anyone who comes across the passport by any chance to contact her.

Chichi’s robbery incident follows that of actor and director Eddie Nartey, who was on Friday morning robbed of his Apple Macbook PRO, a mobile phone and video camera at his Haatso home, also in Accra.

This is raising concerns as to whether actors are being targeted.
