I salute Supreme Court - Edward Mahama

Flag bearer of the People’s National Convention, Dr Edward Mahama, has saluted the Supreme Court for directing the Electoral Commission (EC) to give suspended flag bearers the opportunity to make corrections on their nomination forms for which reason they were disqualified from taking part in the 2016 presidential elections A 7-member Supreme Court panel presided over by Justice Sophia Adinyira by unanimous decision, upheld a High Court ruling ordering the Electoral Commission to allow disqualified flag bearer of the Progressive People’s Party, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom, to get back into the presidential race.
