Ghana midfielder Mohammed Kudus is expected to return to action in April as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury.
The influential attacker sustained the injury during a 1-1 draw with Sunderland on January 4 and was subsequently ruled out for up to three months. There have been no reports of any setbacks since, with Kudus continuing his rehabilitation programme.
In February, he travelled to Amsterdam to consult a specialist he had previously worked with during his time at Ajax, as part of efforts to speed up his recovery.
Kudus is now targeting a return to full training after the March international break, with April identified as a potential comeback window if his progress remains on schedule.
His absence has coincided with a difficult spell for Tottenham Hotspur, whose poor run of results led to the dismissal of Thomas Frank, with Igor Tudor appointed to take charge until the end of the season.
The injury will also keep Kudus out of Ghana’s upcoming international friendlies against Austria and Germany, matches arranged as part of the Black Stars’ preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
