Medeama SC have opened a two-point gap at the summit of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League standings after Week 13 of the campaign.
The Yellow and Mauves were in action over the weekend, coming from behind to beat Berekum Chelsea 2-1 at TnA Stadium on Sunday.
The huge three points saw the team from Tarkwa maintain their position at the top of the league table, especially after challengers Aduana FC and Heart of Lions dropped valuable points from their respective league matches.
With defeats for Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak during the matchday, the two most successful Ghanaian clubs failed to make it into the top four of the league table.
Eleven Wonders remain bottom of the Ghana Premier League table after Week 13, joined by Bechem United and Berekum Chelsea, two teams who have been poor in the last five matches.
With the league entering a crucial phase this month, all 18 participating clubs will be eager to amass enough points before the new year to align with their ambitions for the season.
