Asante Kotoko coach Karim Zito leads the team into Sunday’s clash with Hohoe United with a clear message: he and his players are fully prepared.
The Porcupine Warriors travel for the match after a mixed run of three draws, one win and one defeat in their last five games, but the coach believes the work they have done puts them in a good place.
When asked if his side is set for the challenge ahead, Zito kept it simple and direct.
"We are ready wherever. You see, we are training for the game. So we are ready for the game. We'll go," he told Asante Kotoko TV.
Kotoko currently sit 5th on the league table with 21 points after 12 matches. The team knows Sunday’s encounter at the Hohoe Sports Stadium is another chance to push higher on the table and build momentum.
With preparation done and confidence steady in camp, all focus now turns to Hohoe United as Kotoko look for a strong performance on the road.
