Ghana Premier League side Medeama Sporting Club have confirmed the signing of striker Ibrahim Nurudeen.
In an official club statement on Monday, September, it said the forward has joined on a two-year contract ahead of the new football season.
“Medeama Sporting Club is delighted to announce the signing of prolific striker Ibrahim Nurudeen on a two-year deal,” the club statement said.
It added, “Nurudeen joins the Mauve and Yellow after parting ways with Sudanese side Tayaran Club Benghazi, where he established himself as a hard-working forward with an eye for goal.
“Nurudeen brings pace, physical presence, and sharp finishing to the Medeama frontline as the club looks ahead to a demanding 2025/26 campaign. Welcome to Tarkwa, Nurudeen!”
Sharing his first words after completing the move, Nurudeen shared his delight, describing Medeama SC as a club with rich ambition.
“I am very happy to be here. Medeama is a big club with a rich ambition, and I want to give my best to help the team win trophies. I can’t wait to start this new chapter in Tarkwa and play in front of the passionate supporters,” the attacker said.
Already, the new signing has hit the ground running at Medeama SC and hopes to secure a place in the starting eleven before the start of the new season.
