Senegal Football Federation (FSF) and Aliou Cissé have reached an agreement to extend the contract of the national team head coach to 2021.
Cissé's current contract was due to expire in March, 2019 but the FSF wanted it renewed before the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations which kicks off in June.
The contract extension sees Cissé's salary revalued from 9 million to 15 million French Francs.
His assistant, Régis Bogaert also has his salary increased from 2.5 million to 5 million French Francs.
Goalkeepers' coach Tony Silva also has his went from 500,000 to 1.5 million French Francs.
Cissé who captained Senegal at the 2002 FIFA World Cup has been tasked to make it to the finals of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
