But the Former AC Milan ace dropped a hint fortnight ago that he will make a quicker-than-expected return to action after posting on his Instagram page that, ''Soooon again.''
However, the Ghana international has backed down after claiming he is unsure of his return during an interview with TRC.
“I do not know yet when I'll be back on the pitch but I'm working hard to make it happen as soon as possible. Maybe I'll go back to training, maybe tomorrow or maybe tomorrow, but today I'm not able to say it ,” Boateng said.
Boateng continues: "I'm better, I'm training following a recovery path that I do not know how long it will last. It will still take time but I hope the weather is not too much. Even if the games are studied better from the top, from the outside you suffer twice as much.”
