French tactician Sebastien Migné has threatened to quit as head coach of Kenya if his entitlements are not settled.
Migne has not been paid his salaries and other incentives for the past three months despite leading the Harambee Stars to their first Africa Cup of Nations since 2004.
Kenya booked their ticket to the 2019 AFCON after CAF disqualified Sierra Leone from the qualifiers since they are banned by FIFA for government or political interference.
The 46-year-old has sent a warning to the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) with a "pay me or I quit" notice which will expire on 19 December, 2018.
''I’ve not received my salary for the past three months,'' Migne told Daily Nation Sports
"I am yet to receive payment of my accommodation but whenever I read the newspaper, everyone is talking of winning Afcon.
''I don't speak about victory. The first stage is bringing all stakeholders on board. If you know little about football, it’s impossible for Kenya to think of winning now.
''Kenya has only won one game at the final tournament since the beginning of this kind of competition then you think you can win today?
The Harambee Stars are guaranteed a spot in the top two of their group even if they lose their last qualifying fixture against Ghana in March, 2019.
