Ghana midfielder Alfred Duncan is one yellow card away from a suspension ahead of Sunday's Italian Serie A clash against Udinese.
Duncan, who returned to the Neroverdi line-up after a brief on the sidelines, has been booked two times before last week's defeat at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.
The Ghanaian defensive enforcer picked his third booking of the campaign last Sunday after tripping Parma forward Roberto Inglese in the 62nd minute of the game.
The card Duncan picked means he will have to keep his nose clean for the games against Udinese as the Mapei outfit aim to end their two-game winless run.
Roberto De Zerbi's side started the season on a bright note after picking nine points in five games but have only managed six points in eight matches.
US Sassuolo are sitting 6th on the standings with 20 points from 13 matches.
