English born Ghanaian youngster Arvin Appiah was in top form on Monday evening as he inspired Nottingham Forrest U-23 to a thumping 3-0 win over Sheffield United.
The winger scored a brace, the first from the spot on 31 minutes with his second coming just three minutes after the break.
Substitute Kieran Hayes got the third goal with 10 minutes to end the game.
The 18 year old lasted the entire duration for Nottingham Forrest.
Appiah has made three appearances and scored three goals for Nottingham Forest this term.
The winger netted on his debut for the Nottingham Forest senior side in their 3-2 away win over Burton Albion in the EFL Cup.
He signed a professional contract with Nottingham Forest which runs until 2020 after he was rewarded for his fine performance.
He has featured for the side's U-18 and 23 squads, prompting the English side to tie him down on a permanent basis.
