Frank Acheampong has been left out of Ghana's squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone due to an eye problem.
The China-based player pulled out of the country's squad in their 1-0 defeat to Kenya last month.
The Tianjin Teda star is reported to be suffering from an acute eye problem and has been under treatment.
Acheampong has been one of Ghana's top performers abroad this season after banging in 13 goals in the Chinese Super League.
