Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) Chairman Kudjoe Fianoo has set his sights on becoming the next president of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
Football has been brought into disrepute following revelation of corrupt and match-fixing activities by top officials and referees, including FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi, who has since resigned from duty.
The exposé was carried out by renowned journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas and his Tiger Eye Private Investigations group.
Now that the top position has become vacant, Fianoo who has been fighting with the system for years, has declared that he is competent to occupy the hot seat.
"I am riped and competent to be the Ghana Football Association President," Fianoo told Oyerepa FM.
"When the time is due and I have to contest,I will but the most important now is the reforms."
