AFCON 2019 qualifier: Black Stars face two grueling training sessions today in Addis Ababa

Ghana coach Kwes Appiah will hold two training sessions with his squad at their camp base in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The mild-mannered trainer has nineteen (19) players in camp and can now increase the tempo of his workouts.

They will hit the training ground at 10 am and 15:30 local times.

Appiah is expected to hatch a plan to record a second consecutive win in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The ex-Ghana captain masterminded a 5-0 win over Ethiopia at the Baba Yara Stadium last year.
