Kenya defender David Owino has fired a strong warning to Ghana ahead of the meeting of the two nations in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday.
The Harambee Stars have their work cut out for them ahead of the must-win game against the four-time African champions.
Kenya are second from the bottom in group F after the losing 2-1 at Sierra Leone.
And the Zesco United defender admits they have no option but to beat the West African giants if they are to qualify for the tournament in Cameroon next year.
“We are playing one of the best teams and if we’ll need to be mentally strong to pull a win because we are at home and for us to revive our chances of qualifying for Afcon then we must just win.” Owino said
The game against the much-fancied Ghana will take place at the Kasarani Stadium on Saturday.
