The fallen Italian giants returned to the UEFA Champions League after a six year absence and are looking at strengthen their team ahead of next seasons campaign.
The Nerazurri's have identified Duncan, a former trainee of the club as one of the reinforcements at the middle of the park for next season.
The 24 year who is reported to cost 9 million pounds is tall among the club's list.
The former Ghana U-20 player has been key for Italian serie A side Sassuolo this season featuring 26 times and scoring twice for the club.
Several top clubs in Italy are also monitoring the Ghanaian in the window including AS Roma.
