Kumasi Asante Kotoko shot stopper Felix Annan is expecting a tough game against Champions Aduana Stars in the final match of the first round of the Zylofon Cash Premier League.
The Porcupine Warriors have been on a run of three games without defeat after a difficult start to the season. However, goalkeeper Felix Annan who has been amazing this season wants the Reds to finish the first round in a best way by beating Aduana Stars.
“We are playing against the defending Champions and you could see Aduana has an experience side. They are playing in Africa, the Confederations Cup Cup, they are a good side and we know it’s not going to be easy game. Especially when it’s a rivalry game against them it’s a tough game,” he said ahead of the game on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the 23 year old also added the team will prepare well in other to get the maximum points and finish the first round in a better position.
“We are poised and we really want to finish the first round on a high note and then give our fans something to cheer up. So we are going to prepare very well and make sure hopefully on Sunday we are going to pick all the three points.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko recorded back to back wins against Elmina Sharks and Bechem United before drawing with Liberty Professionals on Wednesday.
The good run of form has seen the team rise to sixth on the league table.
