Leeds United striker Caleb Ekuban is eager to prove a point after enduring hellish and nightmarish time on the sidelines since joining the side.
The 23-year-old, who joined the English side from Chievo Verona, is yet to score after being knocked by an injury in the first half of the campaign.
The Ghanaian earned his first appearance for United in their 2-2 draw with Reading, which followed a cameo in the previous games.
And the highly-rated striker is desperate to prove his mettle if he finds his fitness," he told LUTV
"Yeah it's been tough but it's all about learning and growing up. I've had a couple of injuries which killed the season for me personally.
"But now I'm back and trying to find a rhythm. I've had a lot of opportunities to play and I just hope to get some momentum going."
Ekuban has made 12 appearances for the side so far this season -largely due to recurrent injuries which has slowed his progress at the club.
The Italy-born striker joined the Whites in a He joined in a £500,000 move from Chievo Verona last summer.
