Torino midfielder Afriyie Acquah has been handed a one-match ban for his red card against Sampdoria over the weekend.
The 26-year-old was shown the marching off orders after being booked twice during the 1-1 stalemate at the Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris.
The Ghana international, who was on target for the side, will miss the next Serie A clash against Udinese this weekend.
The African has made 12 appearances for Torino this season where he has heavily impressed.
