Newly-promoted Ghana top-flight side Dreams FC have announced the signing of highly talented James Wiafe Iniesta.
The talented player moves from Division One Club Proud United FC on a four-year contract with the Ghana Premier League side.
The midfielder sealed the move after a brief signing session at the Club’s secretariat in Accra on Monday.
Prior to the agreement, Iniesta was taken through Dreams FC’s standard medical procedure at the Philteng Medical Centre a fortnight ago.
President Mohammed Jiji Alifoe had this to say after signing on behalf of the club to conclude the transfer.
“Iniesta is the kind of player for this club. He is creative and he would be a great addition to this club. I am very glad we have made such a signing”.
The signing of James has now increased the club signings to four including the return of former Accra Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Philemon McCarthy.
The club return to the Ghana Premier League after topping Zone III of the GN Bank Division One League.
