Ghana international Samuel Tetteh opened his account for Austrian division two side Liefering with a solid performance and a goal to take all three points on the day.
The 22-year-old’s took on two players before drilling the ball past goalkeeper in the post for Wacker Innsbruck Christopher Knett.
The game was the first time the Ghanaian was starting after recovering from a serious knee injury that threatened to disrupt his development though he had made three substitute appearance.
Tetteh scored 10 goals in 20 games and was a member of the Ghana Black Stars that played at the Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
He has since returned to full fitness and his latest contribution should delight the head coach of his club who is a huge admirer of the talented youngster.
