Promising Ghanaian teenagers Eric ‘Neymar’ Appiah and Emmanuel Kumah are on trials with Italian Serie A side Bologna.
Their trip to Italy has been facilitated by Oliver Arthur's ArthurLegacy group which also manages Bologna Nigerian duo Orji Okwonkwo and Kingsley Dogo.
17-year-old Appiah, who plays for Top Talents FC, is a speedy right-winger with so much potential.
His teammates have nicknamed him after PSG and Brazil superstar, Neymar.
Kumah, also 17 and a left-winger, is regarded as one of the best players of Division One League side Mighty Jets, a renounced talent-exporting lower-division club.
Both wingers arrived at Via Andrea Costa 174, Bologna, late last week and are expected to stay until mid-November before returning to Ghana, awaiting the club’s decision.
They are currently training with their age-specific Under-18 squad, hoping to make the grade to join compatriot Godfred Donsah who is a regular in the Bologna senior squad.
