Phar Rangers president Nana Yaw Amponsah is preaching a wide-scale of reforms to ensure openness after revealing his manifesto for the 2019 Ghana Football Association presidential election.
His policy 12 reform proposals and 10 proposed projects which include a plan to renovate 64 training pitches for all league clubs within a four-year period.
Amponsah is the first candidate to publicly announced his decision to contest for the top job in two years time.
He has over ten years working experience in football and sports administration.
Amponsah holds a Masters Degree (LLM) in Sports Law and Practice from the Leicester De Montfort University U.K,
He has facilitated the transfers of several Ghanaian players abroad in the last decade including Joel Fameyeh, and Francis Narh, all from Ghana to Europe as well as Awal Mohammed and Nathaniel Asamoah to Morocco and Latif Abubakar Egypt.
