Former Ghana youth striker Saddick Adams has sent a congratulatory message to the Black Stars following their progress to the round of 16 in the ongoing U-17 FIFA World Cup in India.
The Black Starlets advanced to the round of 16 stage of the ongoing juvenile World Cup after they smashed host country India 4-0 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Thursday.
Captain Eric Ayiah scored twice before his replacement in the game Richard Danso scored one and winger Emmanuel Toku added the final with a fine finish.
Adams, took to social media to congratulate the boys, "Congratulations to the Ghana un17 team for making it to the next stage of the competition "...This is where life of football begins.”
The Kotoko striker was part of the team that finished fourth at the World Cup in South Korea, 2007.
