Former Liberty Professionals attacker Latif Atta Blessing has been ranked as the 50 most valuable player in the Major League Soccer.
Latif joined Sporting Kansas City at the tart of the current season from Ghanaian outfit Liberty Professionals has since developed into a key player in the side.
The nimble footed attacker has been valued at a cool £270,000 for his exploit in the colours of Sporting Kansas City.
Blessing sits comfortably on the fiftieth spot on the most valuable player ranking, five places above fellow compatriot, Joshua Yaro. Yaro currently occupies the 55 slot on the log as revealed by the MLS stat pack.
Former Asante Kotoko left back, Gideon Baah, however remains the second highest ranked Ghanaian on the list, with his market valued pegged at a cool £315,000. Gideon Baah has been quantified in the region of 2 Billion Cedis at the 38th slot.
The top ranked Ghanaian on the list however is Derrick Jones, whose £360,000 value pegs him on the 23rd slot. Jones was born in Bantama in the Ashanti region but could opt for the US National Team for international football, having played in the US for all his life.
