Eintracht Frankfurt forward Kevin-Prince Boateng has revealed his past mistakes cost him the opportunity to play for Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The 30-year-old has been putting the pieces together in the last two years where he has played for Schalke 04, AC Milan and Las Palmas.
The German-born Ghanaian has revealed the mistakes he made when was younger cost him a great deal in his career.
"My dream is to be able to help young players, not to make the same mistakes I made in the past, if I had always been honest with myself, I would have played at Real Madrid, " he told ESPN
"I've never been a player to be guided by the titles. I would love to win the Champions League, but realistically, I probably will not win it any more."
