Ghanaian defender Derrick Derrick Luckassen must pass a late fitness test ahead of PSV's clash against Willem II on Saturday.
The 22-year-old picked up a knee injury in the side's 7-1 demolishing of FC Utrecht over the weekend.
The defender has undergone an MRI scan on Tuesday with the club yet to announce the extent of injury.
However, media reports have suggested that the Dutch-born Ghanaian has suffered a slight damage to the inner band of his knee.
He will now have to pass a late fitness test ahead of the Eredivise clash against FC Utrecht on Saturday.
