Rashid Sumaila named in another Kuwaiti Viva League Team of the Week

Enterprising Al Qadsia defender Rashid Sumaila has been named in the Kuwait Viva League Team of the Week for the second successive week. 

Rashid was recognized for his scintillating performance for Al Qadsia in their 2-2 draw with Al Arabi in the opening day of the Kuwaiti top flight league.

The 24-year-old continued from where he left off last week with another superb outing for the Yellow Castle as they defeated Kazma SC 2-0 on Thursday.

The Ghana international has become coach Dalibor Starcevic's dependable pillar at the back since his return from a loan spell at Al Gharafa.

Al Qadsia will host Al Salmiyah in week three of the Kuwaiti Viva League on Thursday.
