Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah scored the only goal of the game to give his side a vital 1-0 win away at Blackburn Rovers in the English League One.
The running Appiah picked on the Blackburn defence from the flanks, pushed them deeper, weaved his way through the center backs and launched a bullet in to hand his side the only goal of the game.
The goal becomes his second this season as he aspires to push the struggling side up on the table from their 16th spot.
He scored his first goal of the season for Wimbledon against Doncaster in a 2-0 win at home.
Appiah who was part of the Crystal Palace side in the English Premier League last season could not kick a ball due to injury but was sent on loan to Viking after he recovered.
The Ghana international returned to England and has since been a key member of the AFC Wimbledon side.
He was a member of the Ghana side that played at the 2015 AFCON in Equatorial Guinea losing the trophy to Ivory Coast on penalties.
