Ghana midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman Badu has refuted claims that he got injured in his debut for Bursaspor after training with the side on Saturday morning.
Reports were that the new Bursaspor signing was forced out of the game due to injury as his side lost 2-1 to Balikesisrpor.
But the former Udinese midfielder refuted the claims this morning after training with his new side.
“I am not injured. It is not true. I trained this morning with the tem. I am just even returning from training. I am very fit” Badu told GHANAsoccernet.com.
The powerful midfielder ended his loyalty with Serie A side Udinese to join the Bursaspor and will be playing in the Super Lig next season after agreeing a loan for one season.
Badu is hoping to earn a return into the after he was snubbed by new Ghana coach Kwasi Appiah for the 2017 AFCON qualifier with Ethiopia.
