WA All Stars head coach Enos Adipah says he is aware of Asante Kotoko's potential interest in his services, but he is yet to be officially approach.
The Reds are without a substantive coach after parting ways with Croatian trainer Zdravko Lugarusic earlier this month following a turn of bad results.
The club are in the market for a new coach, but many of the club's supporters are clamouring for Enos Adipah, who led Wa All Stars to win the Ghana Premier League trophy last season against all odds.
And during an interview with Kumasi-based Otec FM, Adipah admitted that he is aware of the potential interest from the league giants.
“I know of the interest,”Adipah told Otec FM .
“But there hasn’t been any official proposal from Kotoko. I have been hearing about it in the media for a long time and at times from other family members. I’m still under contract with Wa All Stars so I can’t do anything to breach it.
“I have prepared an enviable side and it defeated Kotoko on Sunday so they know of my capabilities. When you are linked with a big club like Kotoko, it means you’re doing a great job,” he added.
Kotoko sit 4th on the log with 19 points from 12 matches.
