Ghana defender Andy Yiadom shortlisted for Barnsley Player of the Year award

Ghana defender Andy Yiadom has been shortlisted for Barnsley's Fans Player of the Year award.

The versatile is among 17 players selected by the Championship club to be voted for by the fans.

Voting ends on 23 April and the winner will be announced and presented on the pitch ahead of our final home game of the season against Burton Albion on Saturday 29th April.

Yiadom has had a successful debut season with the Reds and has managed 32 appearances.

His performances earned him call-up to the Ghana national team and played at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations.
