Bolga All Stars interim coach Baba Nuhu Mallam satisfied with first away point in the Ghana top flight.
The newcomers came from behind to draw 1-1 with struggling Ashanti Gold SC at the Len Clay stadium on Sunday.
"It was a good game. We came here with intentions of winning or at least a draw. Our tactics worked perfectly and we had a point," Mallam said.
"Even though we had a point, Ashanti Gold SC weren't a bad side. It is just the day that didn't work for them.
"They had a couple of chances to win the game especially in the first half. That's how football is. When you fail to take advantage of the opportunities that come your way, that's the consequences when it turns against you.
"Generally, I'm okay with the we are going away with."
The Stars of the East are lying bottom of the log and host Elmina Sharks FC and Liberty Professionals on Wednesday and Sunday respectively.
