Orlando Pirates winger Bernard Morrison admits he needs to put in extra work in order to consolidate a place in the starting line-up.
The 23-year-old's exploits for AS Vita Club in the CAF Champions League last season earned him a move to the Soweto giants.
However, Morrison has found the going tough at Pirates, with his failure to make an impact in the first team seeing him feature for their reserves in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge before fighting his way back into contention.
"One has to admit that Pirates is a big team with a number of quality players, which makes a competition for a starting berth very stiff," Morrison told Vodacom Soccer.
"But, now I know where I need to work and improve as a player in the team of Pirates' calibre in order to consolidate a place in the starting XI."
