The Ghana Football Association (GFA) will carefully examine the CV’s they have received from coaches for the vacant Black Stars job today.
Closing date for application indicated by the football governing body elapsed last week Friday after receiving over 80 applications for the hot seat.
According to reports, a perusing will be conducted on the CV’s they received during the process before deciding on who fits the criteria they laid down.
The Black Stars coaching job became vacant following the expiration of Avram Grant’s contract after guiding the team to a fourth-place finish in this year’s Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
A six-member committee was mandated by the Ghana FA to headhunt for a suitable replacement for Avram Grant.
Coaches such as Patrice Carteron, Fabrizio Ravanelli, Herve Renard, Claude Leroy all sent their CV’s for the role.
