English side Carlisle United release veteran Ghanaian striker Derek Asamoah

Carlisle United have released veteran Ghanaian striker Derek Asamoah following the expiration of his short-term deal. Asamoah, 35, has been told to look elsewhere by the English League Two side. He signed a three months renewal contract in October last year. The Blues have decided against offering him a new deal.
