Togo coach Claude Le Roy hails 'unbelievable' Emmanuel Adebayor
Former Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor was described as unbelievable after leading his Togo team to a creditable draw against holders Ivory Coast in their Africa Cup of Nations opener.
Adebayor has been without a club since leaving Crystal Palace at the end of last season, but still managed to play almost the entirety of Mondays game.
And afterwards his manager, Claude Le Roy, hailed the veteran strikers physicality, as well as his effort, after claiming he came back from nowhere to be ready to play.
