Ghana relies on 'inadequate' video to monitor World Cup opponents
Black Stars scouts CK Akonnor and Augustine Ahinful were unable to travel to watch the countrys 2018 World Cup qualifying opponents because of the Sports Ministry lack of funds.
They have tasked monitor the likes of Egypt, Congo and Uganda and provide reports to support the work of Avram Grant and his technical team.
The Sports Ministry could not pay for their expenses and had to do that monitoring them on TV.
Congos Pierre Lechantre sent a French coach to monitor them when they played Rwanda and Russia....
