Accra, Dec. 19, GNA - The Rotary Club of Accra Ring Road Central, a service based organisation, has supported Opportunity Industrialization Centres, Ghana (OICG) to equip 40 women in vocational skills at Bortianor.
Madam Joyce Afua Ackon, Coordinator of Programmes for OICG, said the main role of the OICG was to equip the youth in skills training to continue to train the youth to take over their generation.

“We are to start with 150 people, but we will start with 40 women now and then take care of the rest in batches,’’ he said.
Mr Samuel Donkoh, Rotary Club service Project Director, said they would provide the trainees with tools to work with, including; T-shirts with the Rotary Club logo designed on it as their uniforms.
“After three to five months of the training, those with the qualification will be provided with resources and more tools to start their own business,” he said.
