Accra, Dec. 4, GNA – Madam Dinah Clark, President of Women in Worship, a non-denominational Christian organisation based in Accra, has said that worship through music is vital to the Christian faith.
She said worship songs provides worshipers with the opportunity to ascribe praise, reverence, honour and glorify their God.
Speaking in an interview with the Ghana News Agency, she said it is based on this that the group has taken the initiative to hold a worship programme on December 6 dubbed, “Fruit of our lips 2019.”
She said the event would create the avenue for believers to give glory to God as the year is coming to an end adding that it would also hopefully encourage Christians, especially women to gain knowledge of how to worship God with their lives and create a lifestyle of worship.
She said when people avail themselves to worship through songs, it helps them to move out of a place of bondage into a place of promise, lets go of their fears, anxieties, regrets and doubts.
She said the 14th edition of the event would bring on board outstanding worshipers including Becky Bonney, Vickie Amoah, Obransima Ursula, Jake Asare and many more and it would be hosted at the Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry, North-Legon.
