MOGADISHU, July 10, (Xinhua/GNA) - Somalia's military court on Wednesday executed three al-Shabab militants for their involvement in hotel bombing in 2017.
Abdi Aziz Buule Gomey, prosecutor for the Somali Army told journalists that the court executed Farhan Mohamed Samatar 21, Abdi Nasir Dhaqane Hassan 19, Abshir Mohamed Haji 21 to death penalty.
The militants participated in an attack on Nasa Hablod two in Mogadishu in October 30, 2017 and killed 18 people injuring 40 others, Gomey told journalists in Mogadishu.
The court executed the convicts in the Somali capital Mogadishu.
The court sat for militants' case in May 22, 2018 and issued their verdict in May 30 2018.
