Accra, June. 19, GNA - The Ternopil National Economic University, Ukraine, has bestowed an Honorary Doctorate Degree on Mr Frank Adjei, founder of Ghana National Chamber of Banker-to-Banker Lotto Operators and Agents.
The Bureau of Research on Governance, Commerce and Administration (BORGCA) and Confederation of Governance Assessment Institute (COGAI) supported the University to offer the honour.
The degree is in recognition of Mr Adjei's immense contributions in jobs creation through the Ghana National Chamber of Banker to Banker Lotto Operators and Agents, Lotto and Lotteries Company Limited and National Association of Private Lotto Operators and Agents in Ghana.
It is also to recognise his continuous support for Orphanages, Schools, Deprived Communities, Villages, Businessmen and women, and the awards of scholarships to students.
A citation presented to him read: "Society has indeed benefited and continuous to benefit from the goodness and compassion of Mr. Frank Adjei.
“You are a worthy model magnate, a well-founded philanthropist and a beacon of hope to the Ghanaian and the entire African continent."
The citation was presented by Dr. Osei Konadu Brown, Pan African Sickle Cell Ambassador, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, Legal Consultant and Mr Isaac Rockson, a Communication Strategist and Director of International Relations for BORGCA/COGAI.
Mr Adjei on behalf of his Wife, Children and Workers thanked the University for the honour bestowed on him, "this Award would motivate me to do more to help Society, and continue to create more jobs for Ghanaians especially the Youth."
Mr Frank Adjei is businessman who hails from the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He has a business interest in Lottery, Commerce, Real Estate, Hospitality, Transport and Entertainment.
He has employed over 350 Lotto Agents and 100, 000 Lotto Writers across Ghana.
In the Real Estate and Hospitality Industry, Mr Adjei owns Hostels, Houses and property which are managed by Rema-Jason Company Limited, also founded by him.
Mr Adjei is also in the transport sector with a considerable number of vehicles, owns an Entertainment Company known as Lovers Band, which provides services for Churches, Funeral Homes and Restaurants across the Country.
He is a philanthropist and has touched the lives of many with his generosity and provided thousands of jobs to the Ghanaian Youth.
