He is to secure a public servant is to stand surety for him as part of the bail conditions.
Leslie Tetteh Praha, 40, who is alleged to have collected GH¢ 29,000.00 from the victim, has denied the offence of defrauding by false pretence.
The case has been adjourned to July 1, by the Court presided over by Mrs Jane Harriet Akweley Quaye.
Prosecuting, Police Chief Inspector Emmanuel Haligah, told the Court that Mr Samuel Asare, the complainant is a businessman and resident of South La, whiles Praha also lives at Baatsona, all in the Greater Accra Region.

The Sakumono Police then seized the cars and returned them to the woman whilst a police enquiry bail was granted the complainant.
Prosecution said the complainant also reported the matter to the Osu Police, which led to the arrest of Praha.
