Accra, March 12, GNA - Charles Kwablan Akunor, head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, has named his 18-man squad to travel to Zambia, for the crucial game against Zesco United, in the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) Confederation Cup competition, on Sunday.
The Porcupine Warriors would be going into the game without their talisman Sogne Yacouba, after receiving accumulation of yellow cards in the previous games.
Midfield maestro, Richard Senanu and winger Maxwell Baako are still out due to injuries, but defender Ishmael Ganiu, Prince Acquah and Fredrick Boateng have returned to the team.
Below are the 18-man squad; goalkeepers: Felix Annan and Muntari Tagoe, with Ishmael Ganiu, Amos Frimpong (C), Augustin Sefah, Daniel Darkwah, Wahab Adams and Habib Mohammed as defender.
The midfielders are; Umar Bashiru, Stephen Nyarko, Prince Acquah, Kwame Bonsu, Martin Antwi and Emmanuel Gyamfi, with strikers: Obed Owusu, Fredrick Boateng, Zabo Teguy and Abdul Fatau completing the list of strikers.
The team would leave Ghana on Wednesday, March 13.
