A statement signed by Mrs Mary Owusu Achiaw, Regional Director, Ashanti, said due to the unfortunate incident of a fire outbreak at a section of the regional education office on Sunday October 7 2018, which gutted a lot of important documents, it has become necessary for Metropolitan, Municipal, District Directors of Education as well as heads of second cycle institutions to re - submit photocopies of all academic and professional certificates, photocopies of postings and transfer letters, photocopies of all promotion letters and filed personal record form.
