Asuoyeboa-IPT (Ash), Nov. 1, GNA – Reverend Kofi Antwi-Boasiako, Pastor of the Church of Pentecost, Asuoyeboa District, has called for attitudinal change towards the management of natural resources to enable the nation to enjoy the full blessings of God.
He said the nation had been blessed with numerous natural and human resources but the negative attitude of some of the people towards their management had robbed her of those benefits.
Rev. Antwi-Boasiako said this in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at the climax of the Kwadaso Area Week celebration at the Salem Assembly of the Church.
He said resources like cocoa, cashew, timber, bauxite, gold, diamond, oil and gas, and fertile lands, as well as the knowledgeable human resource God has blessed the nation with should make her prosperous and not a “seeker of foreign aid and support.”
“With proper planning, diligence, patriotism, and positive attitude to work, these resources should produce industries to create jobs for the citizenry to enjoy good income and contribute meaningfully towards effective nation building,” Rev. Antwi-Boasiako said.
He urged Christians to take the teaching of Bible seriously and apply it in their day-to-day activities to enhance the progress of the nation.
