Accra, Oct. 13, GNA - Heritage Bank, a wholly owned Ghanaian financial institution, has marked its 2018 ‘International Customers Service Week’ to appreciate its customers for their loyalty towards the company.
According to a statement signed by Mr Patrick Edwin Fiscian, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)and copied to the Ghana News Agency, the customer service week celebration stared from the first to fifth October and served as a period in which many customer-oriented institutions, especially in the serviced industry, appreciated their customers and staff.
The celebration was “Excellence Happens Here” and Heritage Bank introduced a service campaign dubbed: “XSEED”, which promised customers an ‘extra special experience every day.
The week-long celebration was marked by a number of activities to build a digital experience mind-set for customers and employees; celebrate employees for the amazing work they had done and raised companywide awareness of the importance of customer service.
Activities undertaken included alternative career options, colour blocking, representing home regions, casual denim day as well as other engagement at the work place and social media platforms.
The CEO commenting on the celebration said Heritage Bank had the aim of driving world class banking services through the delivery of wide variety of innovative and tailor-made products.
It therefore lived up to its mission by taking the celebration a notch higher with great customer engagement and interesting costumes that brought the celebration to life in the various branches and the head office.
Mr Fiscian noted that the celebration provided another opportunity for the bank to exhibit leadership in customer care in the banking sector through well-organised and professional customer delivery.
