Tamale, June 29, GNA – The Fachi ‘Little Flower’ School Complex on Friday launched its 25th anniversary to celebrate the role the school has had on regional and national development.
The launch, held in Tamale, was under the theme: “Little Flower @25: Impact on National Development through Private Education”.
Dr Sulley Iddrisu, the Principal of the Tamale College of Education, said education is a vital tool for the development of the country and appealed to parents to take keen interest in the academic activities of their wards.
He said children could only succeed in school when they got the necessary schooling materials and called on parents to provide for them.
Ms Anna-Maria Fati Paul, the Managing Director, of Fachi ‘Little Flower’ School Complex, said the school would undertake a clean-up exercise in the Tamale Metropolis and donate to the Nyohini Children’s Home, as part of the celebration.
